This is a 8 story building with 51 appartments on Sidonia Av Coral Gables. There are 24 two bedroom and 27 one bedroom units, with 78 parkings. Coral Gables is a very appealing city since is centrally located, with excellent public transportation and very close to shops, restaurants and business area. Currently we are in the design and approvals phase.
Summerville Tonhomes 2016-2018
Summerville is a community located in Princeton, Miami Dade comprised of four bedroom townhomes, with one car garages.
Sunset Lake Townhomes 2005-2015
Sunset Lake Townomes is a community located in the West Kendall area of Miami, Florida. This community is comprised of 11 two story buildings with a total of 72 town homes surrounging a lake, with three and four bedroom units and one car garage. All townhomes were sold by developer.
Miller Lakes Homes 2002 2005
Miller Lake Homes is a community located in the West Kendall area of Miami, Florida. This community is comprised of 43 single-family homes with 23 of those homes sitting on lakefront property. The project is located on SW 167 Ave. and Miller Drive. The design was performed by Pascual, Perez, Killidjan and Associates. The construction was completed on July 2006.
Mendoza Village 2001-2002
Engineering Contractors Inc., was a corporation constituted by the same shareholders as BGR Development II LCC, with 30% ownership in this project. The owning company of this project was Superior Development II LLC, located at 3000 NW 109 Avenue Suite 200 in Miami, FL. Mendoza Village Condominium is a 5-story apartment building located on 115 Mendoza Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida. The project consisted of 12 apartments, with an average area of 1,500 square feet per unit. The building features included: Mediterranean design with textured stucco finish, courtyard entrance with old colonial brick, sparkling fountain in the courtyard, a terrace on the fourth floor with old colonial brick floors, and a secured entry system. This project was sold before construction.
